June 4th was a very busy day for Paws and other organizations. They all came together for the 2nd
SODOT Semminar at the Greyhound Park in Apache Junction. There were informational booths ,
classes for attendees to go to, vendors, and demonstrations going on, and at the same time and adopt-
a-thon . Four dogs and one cat were adopted from the AJ animal shelter. Paws is working to help train
their dogs at the shelter. Pinal County Sheriff and Department of Corrections Canine Teams did a
great demonstration for attendees to watch. Paws also had a demonstration of their service dogs , who
showed attendees what they were and have learned.
On May 20th, Paws 4 Life had their booth, but also helped with the Apache Junction Animal
Shelters adoption . On left trainer Lori (L) and Jane (R). Four dogs and 1 cat adopted this day.
