Paws 4 Life Service Dogs work with Allison and Boulder yearly to log in hours of working around horses. Since we live in an equine area, horse safety is a must. The dogs and handlers learn how to work around horses, and their riders. Allison is also a Paws 4 Life member, and we also do our yearly horse and  water saftety classes at her residence. The dogs have to work in the round pen with the horse. They do their commands, and the horse also is moved around the area , while dogs are working. This class happens twice a year, and usually in Feburary and May.               Click on photos to enlarge. Dogs are taught to be around Horses and water.
